Devine does have some quick moves and reminds people alot of Barry Sanders. But plenty of recruiters don't think he will end up at a d1 school this year but headed to a prep school because of his grades.
I follow recuirting pretty good since I'm a big Nebraska fan. Nebraska was in his top 5 during most of his senior season until they stopped recruiting him due to grades and he has a sketchy attitude. |

He reminds me of Warrick Dunn. They said he won't make the grades. I think he will cloose FSU.

FSU is my guess as well, but I really doube he ends up there. If he does it will be in two years.
