ePassporte Bank Transfer problem?

2 weeks ago I made 2 withdraws (one each day) from my epass to my bank account and nothing has gone through yet. Ive never had a problem before, but making me really nervous that a pretty big amount of money is missing somewhere.

epass says "7 business days" but its been 10. sent a few emails and no luck with phones. anyone else having a problem doing a withdraw?

I wonder if there might be something happening that is also delaying payments to affiliates from sponsors?

There's a payment I normally would have received on February 1st or 2nd that has not come through yet, just wondering if there was anything happening on epassporte's end that would have caused this.

Dude...I've had exactly this same problem. I transferred $300 out on January 12th and it's still not in my bank. Then another $100 on the 19th....still not in my bank.

Epass told me it would be in my bank 2 weeks ago and after a convo with Keyzer last week, he basically said that he has no idea when and that he'll update me as he can.

So, $400 floating in never never land.

You don't think maybe it would have served EP's reputation as well as their customers' convenience, to put a notice up to this effect once the delay was known about? At least put one up now, if the problem still exists, so that more people don't get caught.

And for those who already have money in limbo somewhere, something a little more definitive than "slight delay" might not go amiss. Has the problem actually been sorted?

If all this is above board and will turn out okay in the end, it really doesn't make much sense, you running around trying to put out fires which need not have been started if someone took a couple of minutes to update some HTML.

I learned to use the debit card, take out the money then walk into the bank to deposit it... It always took WAY too long to get it into the bank using the transfer method. Its a bit of a pain but worth it to get my money sooner...

it never took more than like 5 or so days before so it was never a problem. i hated having cash because i wouldnt never make it to the bank and always spend it on candy and ice cream

I'm having the same problem with loading. It's been about 2.5 weeks and there's not even a "pending" status although the money's already been removed from my account. I emailed them, but no response, and the phone's always busy. That being said, after emailing them, one of the two loads went through, but I'm still waiting on the last...
