I do a complete deep cleanse with 7-15 day fast at least 4 times per year for the past 4 years and in all honesty its the best thing I have ever done for my body and mind

I went 5 weeks on coffee and orange juice .Lost 80lbs and got very sick. It fucks up your system really bad!!Cut back dont fast!

Talk to Wanton - he's done it a few times. I tried it once a few weeks ago - made it thru 24 hours and then bailed on it. My thinking was cloudy - felt weezy and jittery - couldn't go thru with it.

do 3 days max. one day either side eating green apples only. flushes your system out and you feel great. no coffee just veg and fruit juice.

It was compulsory. Every year if I remember correctly (probably have pushed those horrible memories very far back into my subconscious). Going around the streets begging for sponsors and stuff... I bet it's even illegal nowadays.

When I was a "fat girl" in my early teens, I was put on a fasting/low cal diet. One day it would be 1,000 calories, the next day, salt free broth and black tea. "Uppers" rounded out my Doctor's healthy 1960's diet, and I was 99 lbs, after 6 months.
 Of course I couldn't sit still, think straight or keep the weight off. Now instead of fasting, I have non-meat days and wish they still handed out speed like it was Vit. C. |
