MAC Users - What programs do you use?

I'm currently running winxp on my macbook and it's smoooooth

I know, I act like a hypocritical heretic, running windows on a mac, but see some benchmarks here:
http://creativemac.digitalmedianet.c...e.jsp?id=45099

As I like osX as well, I wondered what programs you guys are using for daily business operations on your mac?

Hope to get some inspiration...

I use BBedit for PHP, Javascript, Ajax, HTML - textmate for Ruby combined with locomotive (Ruby server), and applescript to make my workflow frikken slick.

Why aren't you just using Textmate for PHP and html/css? and isn't there a javascript bundle for Textmate? I haven't used BBedit for years, so maybe there's a reason to use it over Textmate.

Also, Rails == awesome.

I've been using BBEdit for donkey's years and so have grown to love its features - grep, tab lines, color code choice.

I've only recently been using textmate as it makes much more sense with its directory layout view for RoR...

Personal preference I guess

--edit, but yeah I agree, textmate is powerful as hell and coding is a lot faster what with its autocomplete shit and stuff. When I've gotten more used to it, I will probably shift, but for the moment, it's better the devel[sic] you know.

that would be really nice, but totally untrue my dear. final cut pro, adobe suite (including photoshop), logic, reason, etc. do *not* come preinstalled on macs. if they did the price of the new macs would be easier to swallow since i wouldn't have to buy all those licenses.

Running XP on a Mac is like using low grade gas in a high end sports car.

Was a joke to poke fun of the commercials they put on Tassy.

The Universal Binary for Photoshop isn't released yet. Those stats are for the emulated PPC code (i.e. the pre-Intel compiled code) that runs under Rosetta in OSX on intel machines.

I believe there is a beta of the Universal Binary for Photoshop out.
