    My PC sounds like theres a dog dying inside

    i cant figure out where all the noise is coming from.Im thinking its the CPU fan but im not really sure.

                                  You should clean the fans. Maybe dust is your problem. If you clean them and the sound is still the same then it must be from the hard drive. Good luck
