How much is it worth ?
I am looking at purchasing an online adult dating domain.
He is ranks well on some popular nich keywords in ggle, yahoo and msn. clean white hat stuff as far as I have reserached. PR of 6 , gets about 5 to 6 million uniques per month. 62% US traffic. He is only promoting some adult dating affiliate sites. How much is it really worth ? Is there is something else I should look for beside the above info. I am doing an escrow anyways, but since this is my first big domain purchase I though I will ask you fellows.  Thanks |

ive been around to know better, these numbers cant be real (seriously SE has the best conversions so at say 1:200 at 20 bucks a signups hes be doing approx $600k a month) prior to escrow get one of these should make it go easier
