It appears as a referrer sometimes when the visitor has about:blank set as their home page.
Sometimes the last page a surfer visited will show as the referrer. So they open the browser, and either type or paste the address of your site into the address bar (i.e, they're not clicking on a link from another site). |

www.tpobucks.com results in the blank.htm error which
a visitor fixes by typing the correct address instead and leaving the blank.htm as the referal. |
