This campaign was carried out in cities all over the place. Boston is the only city that reacted in such an odd manner to it. I don't think anyone anywhere else believed these guerilla ads were bombs.

You toss in one stupid fucker to report it, add some stupid ass LEOs, toss in some mass hysteria and an overzealous city biting at the chomp to test its emergency disaster preparedness and that happens.
