This thing is getting a lot of press. I get the feeling this is only the begining. Someone will take a shot at it IMO. It might not go exactly as pitched BUT there's something shocking and titilating about this that will get some producers interest SOMEWHERE ... again IMO.

Everyone can give him shit, however - the guy swings for the fence every single time. He's not shy about putting himself "out there" at all. He's persistent as hell. He keeps getting himself in the limelight. Obviously, he's entertaining to watch!

He might sometimes do or say outrageous shit BUT he's no dummy

I hope it does get picked up!

The State of California unsuccessfully tried to have this judgment overturned by the United States Supreme Court. Justice Sandra Day O'Connor denied a stay of the California Supreme Court's judgment, finding that its ruling was founded on an independent and adequate basis of state law. The full Court subsequently denied the petition for review.

As a result of this precedent, the making of hardcore pornography was effectively legalized in California.
