Anyone care to give the definition of a good domain name? What are its properties (single word... etc.) and why.

The domain for sale here is as good as any other, except the exceptional ones which are all taken and locked.

A name in itself is nothing. Its what you do with it that counts. If someone came in here with the name yahoo.com people here would probably bash the guy if it were not such a famous name. Same goes for thehun, ebay hahahahahahaha and whatever weird names. how do these extremely succesful sites correspond to the criteria which you will have defined for a "good name". Is it the name that made them big? NO.

ihosting will do for anyone clever enough to offer good business.

if you think the domain is worth it...buy it...if you don't think it's worth it...don't buy it....Simple...But on this board it's not that simple for a lot of people..... I sold one last year for $9,600.00 and it was not a .com nor .net...I have one I want to sell RAT now and if I do not get what I want for it I will not sell it.....Simple Right.. And the one I have for sale, I sure the hell would not post it on this board. Does that tell some of you any thing.:2 cents:

It isn't that bad of a name and most of all - he didn't come on here and say it was a super domain that was "appraised" for 7 Million dollars or whatever others do.

Geeze - I wouldn't buy it, but I don't do hosting...
