Your analogy is wrong. Sponsor promises webmaster to pay for his hits (or sign-ups), but webmaster (which posts his gallery), doesn't promise to TGP owner anything at all.

If sponsor redirect webmaster's hits - that is cheating, because he is stealing money from webmaster, which sponsor was expected to pay.

If webmaster redirects tgp traffic - this is NOT cheating, because webmaster only expected to show some porn to surfer. He is not expected to give something to tgp owner...

Go visit a doctor, dude, this might help.

They put some words in their terms for Pipecrews and others, that's enough for you, don't expect more. That's a business, not a game.

When you submit your gallery to a TGP that has rules like "Do not redirect traffic" or any other rule you break of that TGP you are submitting to, you are a CHEATER.
You are breaking the rules to the TGP you submitted to.
Is that so hard to understand?

Dope, there are just a couple of TGPs which have "don't redirect traffic" in their rules... usually there is nothing about redirect or just something like "do not change your gallery after submit", which is not about redirectiong...

So, you should point your question to TGP Owners, why the start screaming about cheaters BEFORE they change their rules in the way which makes redirectors cheaters.

You should change your rules first (put "do not redirect" sign there) and only after that you can try speaking about cheating...

Althought, usually don't need to agree with TGP rules to post a lik. Theire is no some checks boxes (like "I've seen rules and agree") or just a note "do not post if you do not agree" in those rules... so, it's just something like a list of things which tgp owner doesn't like. Well, that's his own problems if he doesn't like something, right? :)

It has nothing to do with cheating. Make correct rules/terms, this increases chances that people will follow them...

If all of the TGPs will put "do not redirect" and "if you push submit buttion you are agree with those rules" in their rules, then I'll agree with you, that actions of tgp redirectors are looking like a cheating.

But even if they really become cheaters (not only by the words of tgp owners, like it's now), then they are still far less cheaters, than tgp owners, which put links on tons of unlicensed content, hotlinking servers, stealing bandwith, lieing on the boards, etc...

I think TGP owners should think about changing their behavior... their current behavior is pretty stinking.

I submit galleries myself, I have my own TGP sites with my own galleries.
Also I have TGP that allows other webmasters to submit theire galleries to try to benefit from my traffic and make some money from that.

When they do not follow my rules on my site they will be blacklisted in any way I can, its my TGP its my rules.
To me webmasters who break MY rules are cheaters.

Dope, that's not a problem. Ban webmasters on your TGP. You may ban webmasters which break your rules, as well as you can ban webmasters who do not break a rules.

And I have some TGP's that allow others to submit theyre gallerie.

But fuck that, its taking me to much time to check those sites, so I will change them and feed them with my own galleries.

Hi, i'm the owner of lanthost.com. I see my nameservers are banned. I would like to know why. I have several adult clients who aren't to happy about this.

If you could tell me what sites are misbehaving to prevent my nameservers being banned, i can talk to them. Please PM me with the offending sites.
Not all my customers have to suffer because of one site.
Please unban my nameservers.

Also i checked all sites mentioned above and none seems to be hosted on my servers.

Well, that would be easy. But we have customers from anywhere, even from russia, and i don't have complaints about them. A bit hard to communicate with though.

What i would like is to be unbanned so my innocent customers aren't the victom of a site that's probably not even hosted by us. Or at least not hosted by us anymore.
We also use other nameservers, some customers use these now to stop the problems. But unbanning us would be a better solutions.

This russian who I somewhat trusted (submitted gallerires to me before) so i thought nothing of it intill i got an email from peopel saying they were getting redirected to a rape site..... The dumb russian (is there any other kind?) had all the correct info in his Whois....... I called the russians house, told his mom all these bullshit stories about shit he was doing on his computer and that I was gonna press charges, she starts crying and pleading with me on the phone ahahahah it was classic, I told her to take away his computer and she also said his father was going to whoop his ass...... No one has ever heard from that russian kid again!
