Who has worked the longest for one company?

In another thread someone mentioned how people hop around like fuck bunnies in this industry and I got to wondering who the "long-stayers" of this general industry are? Owners and partners of course don't count, but anything else goes. Programs, design companies, processors, hosting companies, production companies, etc, etc, etc.

Since I've been involved in this industry Eric has been with Adult.com the whole time and Greg has been with Sic Cash the whole time, but I have no idea how long that is. Maybe 6-8 years? Just 2 off the top of my head.

I've been with Phat Servers for 4, not short but not long.

I've been with Online Beach for 11 years I need to fire me though - my working skills have been slacking seriously. I blame Netflix and Amazon.com.

Like you said, Greg's been around for a while. Vooman's been with NatNet since at least 1999. Jeff and Aly have been with Maxcash longer than that, I believe. I'm trying to think back to my first convention in 1999 to think of who's still around with the same company.......

Does your own company count? I've worked for myself since I was 24ish.

I think join4free was the longest for me.. but as I did then, I work remote and as an independant. So sometimes I agree to do so long with a program, or help launch a particular project or whatever the case may be. I'm happy with that though cuz look at the experience I've gained from different types of programs. Adult.com, Karups, I'm helping CE with the relaunch right now, and who knows what the future holds? I'm learning alot and have great support from any program that I've had the pleasure of working with.

It's been like 9 years now. It's crazy. I feel like I've grown up in this atmosphere. Kinda scary.

Been at NOOF for seven years. Started there doing basic site updates and rubber stamping out ass pimples from scanned chromes. Man, I'm glad those job responsibilities didn't last seven years. ;)

Does minority partner status count?

If so, then I've been around Reflected (before it was known as such...) for about 6 years now I guess.

Prior to that, non-industry work I held two "long-term" jobs of 3-4 years each, in addition to a bunch of short term stuff as well.

i hope they were talking about me because I am a non loyal mofo. i am here to make money like anyone else. when you bust your ass day in and day out and make yourself an asset to this industry by learning and achieving, you open yourself up to offers from those seeking knowledgable staff.

i am here for me and promoting brands. i move when i am offered more money and i pretty much can give a shit what anyone thinks about that.

I can't believe you left out Boobiebucks - where Turd was born!!

Heck, those of us who've been around forever have gone through just about everything with each other - divorces, births, deaths, break ups, marriages, court battles - we're just one huge dysfunctional family

ok, you've accused me of being smart twice today tony, thats enough

i like to think i am an opportunist. i think one of the major mistakes people in this business make which holds them back is they care too much what others think. it stops them from growing because they worry about someone calling them a program jumper. use each stepping job as a catapult to the next and learn learn learn. think about yourself unless it has to do with defnding the industry itself is my motto. no one is thinking about you or your survival. this has always been an industry where i liken to someone throwing a handful of 100 dollar bills into the air at a crowded carnival or something. everyone goes diving for the money. shit, get yours too.

i also normally pick things to push that i believe in. if i can't get behind it and it doesn't make $ then it don't make sense to me

i am a whore to the almighty 1$.

Nice post! I agree 100% You won't find me backing a program that I don't believe in or that won't grow, evolve, or make money. My life also changes from year to year and I am very stubborn about the quality of my life being the way I want it. I've come to learn the things that are important and in order to succeed with my own goals, there have to be several factors in place, not just the $$ alone.
