After much headscratching, and with many other things to focus on, I'm on the verge of selling TGP.com - probably the most valuable domain I'll ever own.
Three questions I'd love you help with.
1) Is anyone seriously interested in buying it outright?
2) Is anyone capable of turning a profit on the domain, but not able to purchase the domain (which means has less than $100,000+ to spend) and interested in leasing it, or collaborating on something resulting in profit share?
3) What would you do if you were me and wanted to resolve this in the next 3 weeks?
I have the ability to place the domain at an auction in June which I believe will be the easiest place to sell it for a decent sum. I'd love not to - if I could get it to bring in $20k a month I'd be happy but as it stands, it's a wasted asset.
