You would not believe what her husband has done to their home. While there is still work to be done, he has done an amazing job. It takes time to redo a 2 story home and basement, and build a garage and everything else he does. And he does nothing half-assed. He does things I never would have even considered. I think the living room is the only room that the floors haven't been finished.

The living room is the only room left to redo. He was supposed to start it this winter, but won't until I'm 100%. He also changed the 5 acres of land so much, not just the house. Added around 40 trees, apples, pears, walnuts, etc. And he just order a ton of plants and flowers to attrack more birds this summer.

Those hummingbirds are so fun to watch. They fight like crazy. I have movies of about 20-25 of them fighting over the feeder the last day they were here last year.
