Not a hardware issue. I have a E6600 duo, 7900 GTX video card, 2GB ram.. and it's still slow as fuck in IE7. Firefox 2 does not seem to have this speed issue; no lag that I can see in Firefox 2.

To get this skin working without the lag, set your security settings (for IE users) to the highest possible. You won't see the whopping big flash pile of shit, and the speed will be back to normal.
