company name .com --97 with or7 compared to new low pr

How is an old name -97 with pr7 compared to a new name with low pr how much better is it (pr + age)?
I need a new name for my company the old name is for sale for about $2k and brandable (used by an old company in a different ares). So would you spend the money on the old name or would you go for a different name (it's a 5 letter .com)

    now selling: MONEYCASHDOLLARBUCKS.COM

And you should check if the old name holds some trademarks, before you think about buying it.

It depends on the type of business you want to run. If it relates to webmasters, they will love the PR 7 domain.
