Flat Rate. Don't care what ya do. Watch TV/Movies while doing it. One time job. No "hourly". A decided upon fee by PP. 50% before/50% upon completion. If you can spell, you qualify. This doesn't include knowledge of the english language as long as you know how to Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V.

This is not for me, but a friend in mainstream..... hit me up, and I'll give you the work or not. She doesn't have PP so I'll be paying. I have serveral references from many people I've hired myself in the past for jobs and I paid on time, every time.

Thank you for the responses. Work has been filled. And for others, I will always refer you to what you specialize in when I'm asked for someone. (Just like tonight).... (It happens more than you think). "Can you find me a designer"? "Can you find me a host"? etc. I get it all and sometimes I even need help! = )
