50 people waiting for epassporte to answer sticky questions about their involvement in gambling...

pick an industry epassporte, please. is gambling revenue really your main staple and the adult biz is just icing? these really aren't two complimenting business types to cater to, and it seems to add additional risk to your users and their money..

Good post...stiil waiting for an answer to my questions - this must be the infamous epassporte customer service response.

Somebody wake up Kaiser Soze, or whatever his name is...

Thanks to all of you that immediately knew this was untrue and thanks to all of you for your continued support of ePassporte, the preferred currency of the Adult Entertainment Industry. ePassporte is Everywhere, still and for the long term.

Good to hear. I was stunned when I read his thread.

Sebastian Sands 01-26-2007 01:57 AM

What gambling issue? I didnt know Epass ran gambling sites? They might process but so does Visa and AMEX and even banks... they will all get in trouble?.. let's be real here..

Visa and AMEX do not process gaming transactions (least that is their policy). Not aware that epass "run" gaming sites - they certainly process gaming funds and that is the concern. There are more issues, but better Epass address em.

i always wondered if this was the actual reason for epassporte seperating so abruptly and totally from epoch, that they couldn't keep those two types of heat together? dunno, i remember it seemed sketchy at the time, but don't recall all of the details..

SleazyDream 01-26-2007 02:48 AM

epassport is stable.

with other cards doing similar things and you see how they conduct their business it's no wonder they are under investigation and getting shut down. - personally I feel that it's mostly cause they got too involved in gambling and crossed some legal lines.

epassport runs a CLEAN ship. They KNOW where the lines are and they do not cross them. I habe no worries about them - they are soid and in this game for the LONG run. :2 cents:

besides - shazila's too cute to goto jail

lol, oops, sorry... didn't mean to ask for some answers to the actual questions here in this thread. now that you have given your ok and kudos to epassporte and explained their entire arcane business model to us, i'm not worried at all.

thx for clearing everything up sleazy, you obviously are on top of things over at epassporte and can assure us users (since epassporte apparently won't speak on this issue) that our funds are safe, regardless of online gambling ties..

cica 01-26-2007 03:13 AM

Epassporte, tell me more!!!

Till this time they dont tell me why they blocked my account [email protected]

It cost me time and money to get my money from them. Very disappointed!

You sound confident Sleazy :-) Not sure where that is coming from when a quick check of Google clearly demonstrates Epass are indeed engaged in processing gaming funds. As far as US law is concerned, this is not a "clean" activity by a long shot - it's a criminal offense.

It would be nice to hear how "clean" Epass is from a representative of that company since they are handling the funds of webmasters - also would be interesting to have clarification regarding what protection is in place to secure these funds.

if you don't know why epassport and epoch seperated and you're commenting on it saying things that arn't true then you are an idiot - no matter how smart you are trying to make yourself sound here

Narfle 01-26-2007 04:51 AM

And i hope you man up to answer the question your god damn customers are asking.

Klen 01-26-2007 04:55 AM

I just hope epassporte will expand their politics more to mainstream not just adult biz.

PussyTeenies 01-26-2007 05:50 AM

according to article from yahoo and sveral other orgs i have read epass IS facilitating gambling transactions originiating from US customers

how does that differ from what Neteller was doing

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070119/...nline_gambling

"UltimateBet.com, the online poker site backed by professional gambler Phil Hellmuth Jr., sent out an e-mail newsletter Thursday encouraging its players to use other "safe, secure and similar banking methods already available," listing such brands as ePassporte, ATMonline and CLICK2PAY."

"Internet blogs also lit up with players discussing the best ways to keep funding their online gambling accounts."

"Just set up both a click2pay account and a Epassporte one. We'll see how long this lasts," wrote Bacaluk on poker forum PocketFives.com.

tranza 01-26-2007 06:22 AM

Thanks for clearing that up.

I hope your lawyers do something about that lie.

I don't think enough companies sue people for things like this when it could damage a companies reputation.

lucas131 01-26-2007 09:07 AM

I dont get it..
If epassporte is for adult webmasters, why I cant pay epassporte card to adult transactions?????

pornguy 01-26-2007 09:11 AM

Good to hear, as I have money sitting in my account with you guys.

Manowar 01-26-2007 09:25 AM

trying to make myself sound smart?? whatever, mouthpiece-boy... i've been asking a valid question about epassporte and their ties to the gaming industry, along w/ many others who want to know the truth and how it could affect our hardearned money. just because the official reason for the split differs from what i suggested it doesn't seem outside the realm of possibility. as others have pointed out, epassporte is actively flaunting the law in the US by facilitating gaming transactions, am i an idiot the see this obvious fact and be concerned about *my* money, especially in light of the netteller incident as of late?

keep in mind, since they apparently are not inclined to answer these questions for us webmasters and users, all we have is conjecture... i'd be an idiot to not be concerned about my money and the access thereof, idiot..

Good news indeed! From now you are going to answer mails from your customers? I still have some no answered for three weeks. Last time that happened me with money affairs was when ibill went down. But of course, I do as always when contact info service fails, run out fast as hell.

LustyBucks 01-26-2007 11:17 AM

Epassporte rulez ( as always ). Fake stories are usually written by fake persons...
