:mad Still no help from Registry Fly!!!

I have been trying to contact them daily and nothing. They don't even pick up the fucking phone. They do not answer any e-mails either. I can't believe this shit. These people should be put out of business. They are stealing, plain and simple. I cannot believe this crap. I am so pissed off right now I can't even see straight.

This is the thread I started a couple weeks back and from that day until today they now don't even answer.

I wonder if you could just contact enom directly, tell them the drama, and move all of your domains over to Moniker. Are they still just an enom reseller or not?

Yes I have already contacted someone at Moniker, per Lensman's request. I would love to move everything over there. But it's getting the domains away from RegFly that?s the problem. I can't even log in to get to the domains to move them.

I opened a new account today, as Wired Guy suggested, and they freakin replied right away because they didn't think it was me. As soon as they found out it was me, they told me to give them the last 4 digits of my credit card and they will get my password to me. I responded with I ALREADY HAVE MY PASS YOU ARE BLOCKING ME FOR GETTING INTO MY ACCOUNT AND MY DOMAINS. Guess what???? NO REPLY after that.

I am waiting for a call from a person at Moniker who Lensman told me to contact. I opened an account with Moniker and I am ready to put money in and hopefully they can help me. If Lensman says they are great I 100% believe they are and if everything works out I will be sure to get all the people that I have talked to that are having the same problem with RegFly to go to Moniker right away. I will fill that place up with accounts. LOL

If Moniker can't get my domains, because RegFly is just that stupid, you bet your ass I am going to sue the shit out of them. I have every little trick they play documented. I printed everything. I took screen caps of everything. They play little games like removing the date of your support ticket, to putting things in tiny tiny writing so you can barely read it.

These people have got to learn they cannot do this to us. With all the brains and talent and pull we have in this community they will be sorry they ever messed with any one of us and I will make sure that ICANN gets a piece of my mind for supporting this as well. Like I said before I am thinking of getting a petition about this so I can send that to ICANN to show how many people have had to deal with this crap. Hopefully that will force ICANN to do something. Either way I want out NOW.

Loryn, RegFly is a black hole. There are dozens of threads on the domain boards about their shady-ness in nearly every respect. It's going to be a tough slog. There's a reason why you can't get them to do anything.

they dont care about their customers.. I filed a BBB complaint against them with the trenton NJ BBB a few months back. I just got a letter from the BBB telling me that RegisterFly had numerous complaints against them and that they would not respond to the BBB's requests for information.

They act a lot like the Mob, what with double and triple billing people's credit cards, hijacking people's domains etc etc etc. They really don't give a shit what it written about them because...they're....thieves. It's really that simple.

The reason they can get away with it is because ICANN is very weak and underfunded and there is little that can be done about bad registrars. Look at Network Solutions, which had some of the shadiest and most irresponsible practices, but ended up being one of the biggest monopolies America has ever seen, and nothing happened to them except, THEY GOT PROMOTED (so to speak).

What worked for me, specifically, and you should do this, is that I told them that I would have a warning about their company on all 12,000 of my domains, and that I would have Google ads slagging them, a whole row of them, parked next to every query ever made on this company. Was it worth it for them not to solve my problem right away, I asked.

They solved my problem within an hour after that threat.

Don't waste your time with all the media stuff, contacting ICANN, rallying the troops, yada yada--they don't care. Many of us in the domain community have already tried that.

They need to know that you have the power to actually hurt their operation.

Just an update, I got another letter from the BBB this week telling me that the corporate address RegisterFly has on file with the state of NJ is no good and that their attempt to send registered mail to RegisterFly was returned undeliverable.

have you made a report to the Better Business Bureau? I did this once for a company that was ignoring me, and as soon as I contacted the BBB and they contacted the shithole company, things worked out great. It was amazing how fast they responded after that.

Registerfly as of now, is taking money for renewals of domains but not processing them.

We are having them basically steal domain after domain as they expire, they keep taking renewal funds but will not renew domains.

I will personally try to cost them as much business as I can, as they have already STOLEn over 10 domains from me.

I will involve the FBI of New Jersey and any law enforcement I can. This is criminal, and they will not stop until someone stands up to them and calls them such.

Considering we have paid MULTIPLE times to try and renew domains, and they continuously let them expire and now will not help us get them back, Registerfly is a scam.

Well, there's only one thing to do when a CRIME has been committed, and thats report it to the police.

I recommend all who are having problems with Registerfly, to call Criminal Investigations Trenton Police, as I will do if this is not resolved promptly. Try to file a police report for a crime.
