Don't even try to file BBB reports about registerfly. I did that once and a nice lady at the BBB said Registerfly never answered those. and they had hundreds of complaints over them.

and people complain about godaddy...

Sorry you are having problems. I don't mean to make it worse but I am just here to say how bad registerfly is and how much they suck. A lot of people know it, you just have to read this board to find out never to use them. ever.
