    what do you need to do to get shit done at epass??

    seriously though wtf. For no apparent reason my epass CC is blocked since saturday. Since then iv been calling daily to their help desk and for 4 days straight their lines are in "maintenance".. yea right whatever... i send 2 messages (monday and wednesday) through the msg center when you login with 0 reply either, and i mailed the email listed for new customers, incase they were more eager to answer those. Slowly starting to take the piss, considering 2 weeks ago my gf had her wallet (with epass card) stolen and we needed that blocked asap, luckily back then there was someone alive at the epassporte front.

    anyone else having trouble getting a sign of life of them?

      it's a joke - i've sent messages through that message center, no replies. what's the point of having it if you don't intend to man it with anybody.
