While I can't vouch for their unmetered dedi boxs, I've had np's with their metered dedi boxs. Support is pretty quick on the ball and has never let me down yet.

I have been using them for a few years now and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to them.
Their support is beyond great ( no matter what time of day it is ) Servers are awesome ( I never see downtime ) I am on their EU hosting.
