How does a Xeon dual core 3060 Conroe compare to a P4? - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm curious what sort of difference there is between the two CPUs. Apart from the Xeon being dual core, what other benefits are there?

I've discovered my host is offering the Xeon for the same price I'm paying for the P4 so I'm considering upgrading.

64 bit, addresses the memory much faster.
Dual gives you obviously more processing power.
I use those for shared hosting.
