the guy that bought from me is named Bardia Persa from St Kitts island. He didnt seem to have much experience with buying domains from an individual or wiring money... he had the money hand delivered to my house.

The Web site, ParisExposed.com, launched Tuesday. It boasts that it has an array of Hilton photographs, home videos, diaries, love letters, recorded phone conversations and phone numbers of friends and celebrities, all left behind at a Los-Angeles based storage facility.
The items were sold to an unidentified buyer after a third party failed to make payments to the facility, and eventually wound up in the hands of a broker aiming to sell them, Hilton's spokesman, Elliot Mintz, told The Associated Press Tuesday.
Hilton's first big-time exposure came through a sex tape that also took a circuitous route to the public, first appearing in bootleg form in 2003 and then put up for sale in 2004.
All the new goods "were acquired by me through a broker," said Bardia Persa, who created ParisExposed.com. He noted that he obtained the Paris possessions in September.
Users must pay a monthly fee of $39.97 to gain access to the site, which promises footage of the 25-year-old heiress in a "sexy bubble bath" video. It also says it has various shots of Hilton in "racy situations," and footage of her drinking with friends and using illegal substances.
"We certainly are going to explore all of our legal options about this matter," Mintz told the AP.

From what I heard it was about 3 times anywhere else was making.. I also heard people were sending to his program for 5 months (rambo). Triple 4 months to loose one. I heard some people would do it again in a min

well those of us that got in early didn't end up losing money, for example money spent on developement and buying traffic.. I ended up coming out about even after getting a couple months of checks before the payouts stopped.. all my profit went in the toilet when he didn't payout for the 2 months after.

yes I would have made more using one of the other places taking the traffic since they all paid.

Hard to tell, I tried typing in fake credit card information. Didn't go through so its going through a marchant, I don't think its sending out the CC info to the owner of the site since it does go into an SSL site. There isn't any affiliation program either. Looks legit. type in https to view the site his http is getting jammed with traffic its all over the internet.

More than 6 months ago I met with the attorney representing the people selling the contents of the locker. They had bought the contents of the locker at a blind auction.

You know when people don't pay their storage fees the companies auction their shit off? These people hit the jackpot and didn't know what to do!

They sat on it for a while. Didn't say anything to anyone. They tried to figure out what their best move would be. They sold of some of the "valuables" but nothing that was notably "personal items".

They legal owned ALL of Paris' personal items but didn't LEGALLY have the "rights of publicity" or didn't want to take the risk to put it out themselves like this guy who bought it did.

They wanted a ridiculously silly amount of money.

I sat in a room and looked through anything I wanted to. The attorney gave me free reign. There were diaries, a computer with TONS of pictures of Paris partying all over the world from LA to St. Tropez. There was a box with what seemed to have 100 undeveloped "throwaway cameras". HOURS of digital video tapes. All the shit you see in this trailer and WAY more!

It was crazy sitting there and reading her diaries and watching her in bed with her boyfriend acting goofy and fucking around. There was a bunch of nudity in the pics and vids. There were medical records ... literally her whole life up until that point.

Everything this site says it has was in this lawyer's office in LA in a HUGE conference room.

I shopped it around to a few people. Nobody wanted to touch it. NOBODY wanted to PAY what they were asking but moreso they figured the site would get shut down at the processing or hosting level after a few days or weeks and they'd have to keep dancing.

Funny enough, one of the guys I pitched it to told me he was approached by someone else as recently as the LA Webmaster Access Show.

I don't know who this Bardia Persa guy is or who they ended up selling it to. Could it be Atherton? Sure. Several people think so. Who knows? Not me. I do wish Atherton would send me my 80K from 2003 - that would be nice!

One thing I'm sure of - they didn't get close to what they were asking .... NO WAY!

I am very interested in reading Paris' diary.. How many pages is the diary and how extensive is it.. I could care less about the video or her pics, I just want to read her damn diary!!!!!!! I would seriously join that site if the diary is long and extensive... How many pages is it???

Also, I did saw a lot of Paris jewelry and charms on sale on ebay from Chironclub. This is the guy who got the stuff from the storage. It was mostly cheap costume jewelry crap. I thought about getting some stuff for a souvenir but there was nothing left I was crazy for.
