110 Degree's today - this sucks!

It's hard to breathe outside, its hard to get any work done inside.

I just walked out back to let my dog relieve itself & look at the temp gauge on my deck over 110 degree's!

I've got my central air conditioners (yes plural, 2 of them) set to 80 & they are running non stop. And these are brand new big units.

My power bill was almost 300$ this past month, up from a usual $130.

I thought that kind of shit only happens in Nevada? I'm in northern virginia for gods sake.

Is there any end to the opressive heat this year? Global warming? I think not...more like Global Cooking.

It is global warming.

Virginia? Thats it. The sea floor near your area is releasing Methane Gas, whyich in its pure form on the sea bed is "Methane Hydrates" looks like ice cream, nonetheless its releasing fumes into the atmosphere every second of the day, its only a matter of time.

People say the Bermuda Triangle is a giant gourge of where thias gas bubbles up from the Sea Floor, and it causes enormous currents of flaming swirling pools of water on fire, looks exceptionally cool.

Nonetheless this is no doubt due to Global Warming everywhere, even in SoCal its hotter.

There is a valley that runs along the sea floor all the way around the globe, the Methan Hydrates are pocket some 300 feet below and runs of course most of the stretch of the Valley.

As you can imagine the Sea floor is filled with craters and "underwater volcanoes" basically. And its heating up the sky.

Tis not a joke, and defintie cause for alaerm, although I have been reading on this for years, its definitely kicked up a notch from last year, Id say its almost 5 -10 degrees hotter this year, but thats only me.

http://marine.usgs.gov/fact-sheets/g...tes/title.html

Heres a map of the areas mostly effected.

http://www.ornl.gov/reporter/no16/methane.htm

We are planning on using this as Energy since its on of the best burning fuels on the planet, natural anyway.

I expect many to die in this action.

Yea i've read about the liquid methane shit. Some pretty wicked shit. We just need to figure out a cheaper method of cooling our homes. And it won't be a problem.

Umm, yeah it will be a problem, I dont think you read enough on it if you think its not a problem.

This is one of the most serious issue addressed by some today.

Think about the planet exploding. Or actually imploding and then burning into itself.

Have you ever though of what happens when a start collapses? That is what will happen. The Earth center will cave into itself during the releasing. And since the Earth as a mass cannot simply "blow up" the Earth will burn into itself and turn into a big burning blob of hot stuff. Most likely another form of Methan Gas.

So in the end we will be a ball of Methane, but hey man, that AC is gonna keep you cool this summer.

hehehe

Heres another good thought, look at that map again, see the dots where the most methane is Deposited? Think of them as 100 foot dynamite sticks and line them around all of the continents, not just ours, the shores of all land on Earth is lined with explosions, now keep heating the planet up, dont ya think its gonna blow one day?

It surely will. Not sure when though hehehe thats the big game of it all.

<img src=http://www.ornl.gov/reporter/no16/hydmap.jpg border="1">

The reason the Military and Science want to turn this into fuel is so they can hide it from the populations as being the most global threat presented to mankind.

Events like this is what wiped out the Dinosaurs.

Fletch im quite sure an earthquake could/would cause the same exact disruption that harvesting/drilling these layers would have.

So in that case...everytime you feel a lilttle tremor off the coast of Cali, get ready for an implosion

But i agree, we should simply be looking into fuel cell technology & not destroying more of our enviroment looking for cheaper alternatives.

Trust me, I want to move, the woman does not.

This whole fucking state is gonna slip off into the sea.

Being a non native Californian, I am from New Orleans where Hurricanes happen, Earthquakes scare the hell out of me, but Hurricanes do not, yet Hurricanes are way more horrific. Guess its just what you get used to I suppose.

hehehe

But ya see, youre missing the point. I am not saying to not to use it as fuel, who cares what its used for or how it gets detinated, I am saying one day its gonna blow.

Whether we drill into it or not, I was also just saying in these type of things, like the first railroads being built, many laborers die, it just happens, thats all I meant in the "many will die thing" Imagine the explosions that will occur "in man's expansion."

I wont be volunteering thats for sure.

hehehe

Fletch, you aren't up to date on California politics, it's the carbon dioxide from SUV's and minivans that is causing global warming, just ask Governor Fuckface, er I mean Davis.

More than I like Tom Petty I like Nostradamus. Which is where Tom got his line from... Scanning over his complete prophecies right now to find the California one. I have the complete Nostradamus book, its pretty neat.

I have been disappointed because here in England, July just doesn't feel like July. Well, as of yesterday, it feels like bloody July. Hot, humid, muggy. Bleh.

On the up side, we almost had a thunder storm. I miss those.
