sounds like scotia bank, canada really only has 6 major banks, unlike america where anyone can open a bank.

One of the smaller banking institutions,they are all relatively the same with rates etc

Scotia Bank treated me well. I have an US account which never let me down.

Scotiabank... I do a good portion of my banking there. They brought in several new policies over the past 5 years and are now among the top for customer service in Canada.

I'd recommend them over the other banks I've tried (which have been several over the past 20 years).
