customer having problems playing .mpg files on WebTV..Help requested.
the title says it all..he says he can't play my movie files on his webtv...they're .mpg files..NOT .mpeg files and I don't know if that makes a difference....
Can anybody here give me some troubleshooting advice to give him..If not, I'll have to issue him a refund.

issue him a refund.. webtv is like 1996 tell him to upgrade.... thats almost like making videos to play for phone modem.. if they can't afford high speed chances are they arent whipping the credit card... this is a one time deal you have to think will it cost you more than the 30 bucks in labor time to get it working for him?
