Indian/eastern european/filipino programming outsourcing recommendations wanted
For a non-webbased project I'm in need of an experienced programmer (relevant university degrees and years of experience) coding in c, python etc. A math degree would complete the picture.
Who has recommendations for an outsourcing company in India, eastern Europe or the Philippines? I'm not looking for the omnipresent iWebmasters and adult outsourcing services. Thanks! |
