hey, anyone out there have any good articles or pages that have some basic legal rundowns on sites that have whipping, caning, spanking and dominatrix content?

Got a friend who I just discovered has been taping his wife beating the shit out of him with various whips and canes and some pretty brutal spankings, and they are trying to make a site with the content.. I told em they need to figure out the legalities of it, so now they are freaking out, so till they can reach an attorney on Monday thought I'd send em any info I could.
