I am looking for the one which will help me to upload pictures and make a gallery with custom sized pics...

No, not really. It´s a fine standalone gallery (HTML descriptions for any gallery and any photo). On the site there are also instructions for WP include. But with zen press you can include any image from zen photo in your posts with two clicks.

How do you like FireStats?

Firestats is working well for me. Just fun to see what countries things are coming through though I suspect that most of the Chinese traffic that my blogs are getting are bots of some sort because there is so much of it.
