A possible reason why the "slanderous/libellous" thread was deleted - in the UK a few years ago, a libellous comment was made on a Demon Internet newsgroup. The person who was libelled contacted Demon, who refused to delete the comments in question. The person then sued Demon and won, even though Demon didn't make the libellous comment.
I don't know if the same has happened in the US, but with the American philosophy of "sue anything that moves erratically and might cause me to spill this hot cup of coffee on myself", perhaps Lensman was just playing safe..Comment

Now regarding the slander issue, you will note that I never once said anything untrue in my thread, therefore slander is not an option...

The fact of the matter here is that you guys tried to yank my Mom around with doubletalk for months and when she finally started calling you on it, then you tried to sweep it under the rug, so to speak, by deleting her threads and posts. Again, did you even read what I had posted?
In my opinion, 12clicks you do deal with a lot of real cheaters on a daily basis, and possibly this has jaded you to the point where in your mind everyone must be out to get you, thus blinding you to a real person who shouldn't be lumped into that category... orrrr... you see that she isn't a thief/cheat and decide that she would be an easy target to screw over... which is it?
