:stop If you've had/are having problems with Registerfly, post here

Its no secret, Registerfly is fucked. I've read the posts here, read posts on other forums, and experienced it multiple times myself over the past 12 months.

Right now I am doing some research, but I believe there may be a case for a class action lawsuit. I feel strongly about the rights of domain name owners and feel Registerfly has breached this at an atrocious level. In the past I've recommended them; I am not in the process of transfering all my domains to new registrars.

What I am specifically looking at is errors in their interface which say a domain name has been renewed until the next period -- but hasn't.

I had this happen to me once before, but it just happened again. I noticed one of my domains is on a parked page but it says its renewed until 2007. Problem is, it expired for real about 29 days ago and will probably drop.

I have a pretty modest number of domains at Registerfly -- about 30. If I can't keep track of that many domains I would imagine this is a nightmare for anyone with 100+

I will be talking to some lawyers and exploring this more closely. If you've had a problem with Registerfly that caused you to lose domain(s) which hurt your business, please post in this thread or post a link to any old threads where you wrote about it!

i'm having problems with renew of my main domain. paid a week before expire date. for a week, my domain now owned by ENOM, INC. no replies on support tickets. technical support on the phone, told me general information, even don't ask me domain name. still in hope to take back my domain name. and to run away from them.

Anyone interested in setting up a site to collect information of people who have had problems? I've been talking to editors of mainstream business publications about this story to get some headline coverage of this.

I had only one domain there that needed to be transferred, nightmare but Enom did help me in the end.
Never ever I will use them or even buy domains/sites with them as a registrar
