:thumbsup There is a lot to be said for having a mixed culture tho sure it can have it's conflicts. One of the best Caribbean islands is half French, half Dutch - St Maartin. You can have breakfast in a Dutch bar and drift over the the French side for an evening meal or some high fashion. St Maartin is *the* most friendly place I've ever been... Another plus is that the whole place is duty free.

Reality is child abuse content is a US problem where there is more CP hosted than almost all other nations combined - estimated over 50%. Sure, Russia falls into 2nd place with around 20% (then Spain with 7%, 5% in Japan etc).

The reasons/backgrounds are all different - ranging from who is willing to pay for CP and where the mechanisms exist for payment, to areas where degrees of poverty exist and offer more incentive to stuff like CP. CP is a "western problem" - more because of economic "enabling" - eg "sex tours" et al...
