It doesn't seem like any of the above mentioned sites have the ability for all their affiliates to promote the BYOT (like PimpRoll and ARS). Only 1-2 programs mentioned above actually have BYOTs up for promotion.
I signed up and requested info from RealityCash, MobBucks and SatanCash on the 11th, still waiting to hear back.
