    As I am Euro I dont look at 2257 seriously as I should - has anyone been done yet?

    I know I should as it will affect me in the future, but I tend to ignore it....... has anyone anyone been prosecuted yet?

          Inspected? Like 10 companies have been inspected I think.

          Prosecuted? Only that Girls Gone Wild guy but he's always dramas anyway.

              No secondary producer has been prosecuted nor 2257 inspected...

                      Presume you don't have a biz base (corp) or have suddenly become a resident of the US?

                      Hosting in the US... well, host away and if any shit hits the fan all that can be done is shut off your server. (Technically... it's not really "proper" to host and ignore the laws - but they have little chance of enforcing em, even with US folks - so....)
