Steve,

I went to that board and noticed two things.

one - the place is dead, so it's not like it's doing your any harm.
two - they put up a thread stating that they did push your program, but since that falliing out changed links.

Which to me either says two things

one - that place is run half assed, and they just changed out the links
two - they are using your property to make money against your tos, in effect stealing from you.

I think it's both one and two.

Anyone know if that place is worth anything? I've had to sue people who needed a lesson, once they see that 10 grand legal bill, they start to stop fucking with my business.

Which is what this looks like, this guy is fucking with your business.
