Avery sells that stuff, but it is not that great.
The best is to use printable inkjet dvd, and print on them in COLOR ! If you have a decent quantity ( 10+ per title ) , I can duplicate/print for you for 1.60 a unit ( single layer ), 1.95 for shrinked single layer, 4.95 for double layer. Done with an Acard duplicator...
