    bought a Norway version of WinXP, how do i transfer it to English?

    A friend of mine bought this laptop in Norway which has a Norway version of Windows XP. Now he wants to transfer its language to English, how can he do this?

    you cant, I've got Spanish on mine, which is o.k until I hit F1.

                  Yah it's easy, just go to System Preferences, Click International, and pick your country from the long list of countries and it will switch your OS to that language, takes like 2 seconds.

                  Oh shit, wait, that's OS X. Sorry.
