I have really enjoyed having epassporte as a payment option with sponsors rather than paychecks It's worked out well for me but I'm US based.

With these new rules I'm wondering if my good experience is going to change...

Btw only word of advise. Do not be a money hungry piece of shit like the current owner of epassporte!

A formal guideline that the name of a sponsor program needs to match the sender's name, so when it shows up in your account and later for taxes there is no confusion.

full upfront disclosure and discussion of the issues that might affect access to ones money

flawless customer service.

understand that you cannot fuck up with someones money. ever. its just not acceptable under any circumstances.

treat the endless customer care issues like life and death

treat every customer like they will be your last.


functionality and possibilities are just a small part of the equation. the second someone can't access their money, the card doesn't work, their cards dont get replaced in a timely manner, you are not fully on the ball with customer support.... you lose.

1. Why does PayPal NOT allow adult? Is it just a PR thing, or is there a good legal basis for their policy? Does anyone know?

PR - if they did allow adult - a large % of their transactions would be adult based and they would not appear to be a family friendly company anymore..

personally - I see it as a lack of having a moral backbone

no $2 fee for withdrawing funds at an ATM.

Really... their phone/email support sucks, but otherwise I've got no complaints.

It's cheap and fast, and I've learned to work within the limitations of it.

Just having an alternative would make me switch. They've just suspended my account for absolutely no reason and I am completely sick of their poor customer services. They seem unable to follow simple instructions and then charge you $20 to rectify their mistakes. Will somebody please come up with an alternative?!

ATM Debit Card to international customers.

Not sure how many of these ideas have been said already cuase I didn't have time to read the whole post but here is what would make the perfect competitor to epassporte as far as for me anyways

1. The Virtual Visa should be accepted by more companies - Paypal, egold, fet all very important to different industrys

2. Accept Deposit From other companies like Paypal, egold, fet ect.. maybe have a 2-5 day transfer period in between to stop any kind of fraud that might be an issue

3. accept credit card payments from people that do not have an account

4. allow for credit card subcriptions renewed and recharged on a monthly basis that would be awesome for the adult and non adult industry for anyone wanting to change away from there current credit card processors

5. I saw someone posted that it would be great if it was in the US. That to me is not a must as long as it is in a country that is stable and has laws then it's all good

6. some sort of insurance if money is transfered out of an account over a certain doller amount maybe it should require an email confirmation to the registered email and an email confirmation after so many transactions are made in one day as an added security and the usser should be able to toggle the amounts throu an admin panel inside account details and any changes must be confirmed first through email


7. in the chance that money is stolen there should be some kind of insurance that would eaither recover or reinburse the stolen funds just like any bank or credit card company should and almost always do this company should have thouse same methods of insurance

8. Lower Fees is always a good one

9. Make it easier to transfer to and from bank to account

10. make it easier to open accounts with all the right documents

11. have a rating system like ebay and paypal and others so that before you send money you have an idea of his rep

12. Fast and accurate support something EPASSPORTE definitly does not have they are seriously lacking in the support area

If you already have an account set up allow the main account to set up another account up to 2 so this is not abused for example on epassporte you can not open a 2nd account with your virtual visa which is kinda stupid becuase they already have you verified and many people would like to have a business account and a personal account also safer to spread out the money if you have lots

14. Maybe on the sign in page have ussername email password and security question and a image code this I think would be all that is needed to stop hackers from getting into your account at the very least it would slow them down and pretty much make there job to difficult to mess with you and I wouldn't mind the extra info I have to fill in for the Added Security

15. offer referals like paypal this is more a way for you to get people to use you then a feature that I would like for my self

16. More Detailed emails and reports on all transactions

17. when doing the verification of the credit card, Do it in thier local currency and actually make the charge , me being in Mexico I have a problem since the bank first of all makes it hard just for me to get the information on the charge but also does not tell me what the charge was in dollars so it is a guessing game and it also takes days for the charge to show up which I am sure is neccessary but difenitly a pain in the ass when you want to get an account set up and know you won't be able to for a week or two this is more a personal problem I have not sure if this affects anyone else but on top of that the 2 hour bank lines don't make the job any funner just to get the account info


add these features ontop of what epassporte already offers
