Your designs are weak. Your prices are way too high. And Frontpage or Photoshop "Save for Web" is not the most ideal thing to create sites in...thats why your code is weak and your site takes forever to open.

My advice to you is learn xhtml/css or how to properly create nested tables, learn the design process...and then charge those outrageous prices for your quality of work.
