If you log in and click Account Balance it will show your limits.
If you click Increase Limits it will show the difference between a regular personal account and a personal account upgraded to Select.

Your current balance will show at Account Balance.

Is anyone else bothered by this?

"8. Account Closing Service Fee. If Your Account is closed by Us and there are funds remaining in Your Account, We reserve the absolute right to charge Your Account an Account Closing Service Fee up to the balance in Your Account."

In other words, if they want to they can retain your entire balance - no upper limit - if they close your account.

yeah, i guess that's the whole point of the facelift. to make us agree to a new TOS that gives them to right to rob us blind.
i'm a bit concerned about this since i live in romania, and they have proven that they like to close romanian acconts with no reason, and considering that i usualy get about $5k-$6k every month in my epass from sponsors, i have to keep cashing at atm's almost every day so that if they chose to cancel my account i'll be robbed by a small amount.

i'm to lazy to have a sig
