If you go to any web site that uses CCBill to process credit cards and try to become a member using the username "wavmanuk" it returns the following error:

Wavmanuk Sucks and His Mother Uses a Commedore 64
Please Select another Username and Password.

You can try it with your real credit card as the first screen you will see will be a confirm (just don't confirm it and you won't get charged)

Been discussed and is an old password programmer tool used to hint to old school boys who made a name for themself, there logins are saved with messages for when they return. Blah.
