epass charges 2 bucks every time. the atm charges anywhere from $0-$10 depending on the location/bank/service that runs it

ePassporte charge $2 per withdrawal the bank that owns the ATM can charge an additional fee.

So there is actually no way to remove money from EPassporte without a fee eh? Bank withdrawal costs a fee and ATM does too.
