                                  Picture 1 is the best but you make her look like an albino. You sure have skill but the software you are using is also excellent.
                                  Picture 2 you forgot (or didn't pay attention) to the "zit" at the right top corner of her lower lip.
                                  Picture 3 A bit of gausian blur, level adjustments and that is pretty much it.

                                  Still feel free to post more of your work, I do think you are turning people almost in digital art or video game characters. Not breaking your work down since I know how difficult it is to keep things realistic but you asked for feedback.

                                          Not at all...

                                          I think glamour, fashion photography and CG are becoming every time more a like, not sure it's a good thing though.

                                          I don't really like the 3 edit.
                                          The first one, I love. It was my intention to turn her into a really pale (without desaturating it) beauty.

                                              All three are technically good. The first one is a little overdone, and makes the girl look a little too lifeless and pasty. The second one is excellent work that improves her look without over doing it. The third one, well... no matter how you work it, that nose is just too much.

                                                          I love the first one! The red head, the gosht look. I don't know, just like it.
                                                          I don't usually like my final images (perfectionist) but this one, I wouldn't change a thing

                                                                                                                                          You're obviously meticulous with your particular method of editing although it's not at all close to how I like to see a picture edited. For me if I can look at an edited picture (without seeing the original) and know that it's obviously been manipulated then it's not a good edit.
