It's easy to improve big and h/q pics. But how about the small ones like this ;)

Yeap... I have to give it to you, this was the hardest work I've done in 15 minutes.

Nowadays, any person can get a "social beauty" with some bucks. I think that the "imprefections" or differences are the human touch of real beauty. Harmony is reached when the context enhances the details, when you raise your big nose up on a daring face, or when you look so ethereal that you can play with a "lifeless" shine.

I dont know you guys, talking about real beauty, I'm fed up of non-creative beauty.

Good work and nice models :thumbsup

The 3 of them... between 1 and 2 hours each.

Thanks :) Very nice of you

Personally, #1 is a bit too much - looks like a plastic doll, but #2 and (esp) #3 are great.

But all-in-all great job!

Can I ask what software you use?

Jack Frost 01-08-2007 12:27 PM

Wow great work! Number 3 looks like a mannequin though, but I'd say they all look much better than the originals.

PerrieBelle 01-08-2007 12:31 PM

Your work is of a very high standard! The first one is great!
I edit pictures of myself in photoshop, but nothing ever as good as that!
Keep it up! :)

jmk 01-08-2007 12:34 PM

carol.prime 01-08-2007 12:36 PM

I approve! The first girl looks like she is made of porcelain.

I actually don't like that edit. Highlights are blown. All detail in the lace is lost. Highlights in the skin are too bright looking burnt. All detail in the skin texture is lost. It is possible to remove skin blemishes without it starting to look like a painting. This looks like a painting. Mac and Bumble (amongst others) are notorious for this.

Positives? It's been sharpened. The hair is much better. colors are good. etc.

Can you see any details on the source picture? Wow, you have a sharpest eye ever :thumbsup Because personally I see the JPEG-loss-dirt only. I.e. no lace and no skin there to keep. Actually that was some of my first-try experience with Photoshop (done a long time ago and within a few minutes just for fun).

Tim 01-08-2007 03:30 PM

Good work :)

Ok this is driving me nuts now. It's about time I posted my idea of an edit. These are large pics. Click on them to see full size.

Notice the skin texture is still there!!! Particularly on Bambi's face you can still see every pour. She still has peach fuzz on her back. Unlike all other pics in this thread it does not look like a painting.

Let me be the first to say this edit is still not perfect. I blew it on Peaches' shoulder with the blown highlight.

BTW this is a 15 minute edit.

I think the edit should add something to the image. What does your edit do for the final image?

My try:

Texture and hair, all there :)

what? there's no texture at all left in their skin. for an advertisement that style might work but not for people who like good photography.

DeadFidel 01-09-2007 07:05 AM

The work is awsome, but how long does it take? The only way I see to make a real profit is to work for Playboy or others like HTM. I can't see it working in main stream adult; that said, you are very talented.:thumbsup

ARE YOU BLIND????? There's almost MORE texture than there's in the original.

Please, click it to view full before making comments and compare to the original.

Thanks.

Not much... this one last I did to make a point, just took 40 minutes. so it's an hour pay...$15 to $30 (Depends on the number of edits) Not bad at all

Natalia.Taffarel 01-09-2007 07:14 AM

By the way... I need a Really Lovely, hot as hell blond Playboy material kind of girl pic to retouch.

Is anyone interested in having a pic retouched very high end for free?

Yep, that takes some time (from 10 minutes and up to a hour or more). Actually almost every web designer doing such a job when he/she works on adult website design (splash, tours etc), but no one sane will do this for all those 1000's of pictures that stored in the member areas - because that's just insane. Furthermore there are special automatic plugins for Photoshop like "Neat Image" that more than enough to remove JPEG-loss artifacts, make the details sharpener, the skin better etc. Course no one automatic tool could have quality similar to the manual one, but usually it's enough to improve a bit your existing pictures.
