kinda plain, too patriotic, not segmented enough,

needs banners or pics or gfx between sections all the way down and even at the bottom

My only suggestion would be to change the category placement around.

The most popular categories on my sites are
1. Movies
2. Mature
3. Hardcore
4. Blowjobs

so those are what I have on top. This helps get those surfers clicking which is important for so many reasons.

It does look clean, however I find the top g-spotters graphic a little tough to read....that could be my eyes though

so I'm gathering data on that right now....thanks. The whole
index page including graphic is 12Kb big. I don't do banners
or other graphics.

I'm working on more categories....but to get it live I just put this
up....it went in 1 day from 0 to 3.5K Yes TGF I would like to trade.

It's clean which can be good and bad in case surfers think its cj.
Also you need descriptions of the galleries in order to gain bookmarkers fast and have good productivity. I have tried this type of layout in the past in order to avoid time consuming updates and it didn't work good
