    Israel Plans triple nuke attack on iran

    Citing multiple unidentified Israeli military sources, The Sunday Times said the proposals involved using so-called "bunker-buster" nuclear weapons to attack nuclear facilities at three sites south of the Iranian capital

    It also reported the top three targets for the Israelis were Natanz, where thousands of centrifuges are being installed, a heavy water reactor at Arak and a uranium conversion facility near Isfahan.

    Israeli pilots, the newspaper reported, have made flights to the British colony of Gibraltar to train for the 2,000-mile round trip to the Iranian targets.


    Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's office said it would not respond to the claim. "We don't respond to publications in the Sunday Times," said Miri Eisin, Olmert's spokeswoman.

    Israeli Minister of Strategic Threats Avigdor Lieberman also declined to comment on the report.

                  There have been credible reports originating within the US that state Iran may run out of oil in a decade. Instead of people basing their decisions on speculations, how about they use factual evidence at hand?

                  I fully support the right for every country to have its own civil nuclear program...and the facts state that that's what Iran is after. That report support their claim of that. Him saying that Israel will be non-existent doesn't mean that he's going to be responsible for that. You can assume he is, but that's an assumption too big and vague for me to partake.

Many growing countries are concerned with their position in the global market if they dont have clout/nukes .

                                              The u.n. may back the banning of nukes for iran only because anyone who disagrees with the current countries who have nukes will get turfed if they dont play along.

Israel's job is to defend itself (ie. stop Iran from developing and using nukes against it). Since the Iranian leadership follows an ideology which results in the slaughter of the Jews (something you obviously don't know about), then how else is Israel to protect itself. Say pretty please? They've been doing nothing for years whilst Iran has waged war against them. Where has this got them?
