News it is... Ok, I went to the E.R. and they admitted me.

You know how they have those signs saying people with the most critical problems will be treated first? Well, for once I got rushed past everyone. It turns out my blood pressure was 244/170. They stuck me in a bed for 24 hours and treated me for high blood pressure.

Apparently I've suffered some kidney damage somehow; they performed ultrasound exams of my heart and kidneys before letting me go. They basically gave me a couple of prescriptions and said take them or die.. My head's still spinning.

I'm going to rest up. More news when I get it.

P.S. They say my eyes should get better as my blood pressure gets under control... I'm not convinced, but I'm hopeful.

Besides the chips and other junk food you're prolly living on, you need some exercise. A rehab class if they have them would be a great idea. I did that for awhile. They monitor you while you exercise to make sure everything is OK.

Fearful that you're not getting the medical care you really need in Canada??? There are other tests maybe you should have? Not a doctor, but your eyesight, kidneys and heart are fairly important for survival...

So every once in awhile step back from the PC and get some exercise at least. That and the diet. Well, I'll stop preaching now.
