#1 60% and that is conservative IMHO.

#2 50% and again, conservative, because it would be 95% if they could guarantee they would never be caught!

#3 Starting with the fact that I was driving escorts to their jobs when I was 16 and up to the present day, I would have to say 100's, not all paid for as such, but you always pay in the end in one form or another. WAY too many to make individual comparisons. Read my ambush for clues ;-)
