Passwordlist lost - any way to download it from CCBill?
Due to a server error, one of our paysites htpasswd has been overwritten. Is there any way to download this list from CCBill and implement it into Strongbox again? Been trying to reach Ray all day but he doesn't seem to be around... Please help.

Hi Anna,
CCBill does contain the ability to rebuild password log files. This is a feature however that is internal setting and will need to be completed by one of our support staff. Please give us a call and we will be happy to assist.
